Dr. Janet and Luke have always treated me and my family very well over the years and I highly recommend their practice. I have purchased eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contacts and have never had any issues until recently. The Oakley eyeglasses that I purchased approximately one year ago broke. Quite honestly these particular frames were the worst I had ever owned, at no fault of The See Center. I went in and explained to Luke that if there was any way that he could get Oakley to switch frames for me under warranty that would be great, and I showed him some other frames that they had in case Oakley would come through. Oakley wouldn't warrant the old glasses but Luke went ahead and had my lenses transferred to the new frames that I liked at absolutely no charge to me. Awesome customer service and I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to take care of me and make me happy! Keep up the great work you two and congratulations on the birth of twins to be coming soon.
